  • 1 slice of rye or dark bread with avocado paste and 1 teaspoon of honey

MORNING SNACK

  • 1 pot (170g) of light Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of unsweetened granola and 2  chopped strawberries

LUNCH

  • 1 plate (dessert) of green leaves ( Lettuce , Spinach and Watercress ) with 2 tablespoons of Cabbage and ½ red pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of brown rice
  • 1 grilled fish fillet with mustard sauce

AFTERNOON SNACK

  • 1 cup (200ml) chamomile tea
  • 1 baked apple sprinkled with ground cinnamon

DINNER

  • 1 plate (bottom) of chickpea soup with 1 slice of dark or rye bread
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 slice of melon with fresh mint

  • 1 cup (250ml) Apple , Banana , and Kiwi juice
  • 1 slice of wholegrain or dark bread with 1 slice of ricotta and 1 teaspoon of honey

MORNING SNACK

  • 1 slice of melon

AFTERNOON BOAT

  • 1 light wholegrain cereal bar

DINNER

  • 1 plate (bottom) of leek and potato soup
  • 1 grilled chicken breast served with a salad of greens, cucumber, tomato and red onion, seasoned with olive oil and pure lemon juice

SUPPER

  • 1 cup (200ml) chamomile tea
  • 2 wholemeal sesame crackers

DIA 4

BREAKFAST

  • 1 cup of unsweetened granola with 1 pot (170g) of light Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup (250ml) of Strawberry juice with Banana and 1 teaspoon of honey, shaken

MORNING SNACK

  • 1 medium slice of pineapple sprinkled with cinnamon

LUNCH

  • 1 plate (dessert) of green leaves with 2 tablespoons of Red Cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons brown rice with turmeric and grated ginger
  • 1 roasted sole fillet with ½ tomato and ½ onion, sliced ​​½ yellow pepper, 2 cloves, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley and 4 black olives

AFTERNOON SNACK

  • 1 cup (200ml) green tea
  • 4 wholegrain sesame cookies

DINNER

  • 1 cup (tea) whole-grain penne pasta with sugo sauce and 3 small roasted meatballs
