Thermogenic diet to lose weight: How to do it, menu and tips

DIA 1
BREAKFAST
- 1 boiled egg with 1 slice of wholemeal bread
- 1 glass (250ml) of smoothie papaya , orange and apple juice
MORNING SNACK
- 2 walnuts
- 1 Banana
LUNCH
- 1 plate (dessert) green leaf salad with thinly sliced radish cherry tomatoes and grated ginger
- 3 tablespoons of brown rice
- 1 roasted fish fillet with leek, onion and tomato, seasoned with olive oil and salt to taste
AFTERNOON SNACK
- 1 pot (170g) of light Greek yogurt with 1 chopped apple and 1 tablespoon of chia
DINNER
- 1 plate (dessert) lettuce salad with red onion, cucumber and cherry tomato
- 1 grilled zucchini with homemade tomato sauce
- 1 homemade low-salt grilled hamburger
SUPPER
- 1 cup (200ml) oat milk mixed with 5 Strawberries and 1 teaspoon of honey
DIA 2
BREAKFAST
- 1/4 cup (50ml) coffee
- 1 slice of rye or dark bread with avocado paste and 1 teaspoon of honey
MORNING SNACK
- 1 pot (170g) of light Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of unsweetened granola and 2 chopped strawberries
LUNCH
- 1 plate (dessert) of green leaves ( Lettuce , Spinach and Watercress ) with 2 tablespoons of Cabbage and ½ red pepper
- 3 tablespoons of brown rice
- 1 grilled fish fillet with mustard sauce
AFTERNOON SNACK
- 1 cup (200ml) chamomile tea
- 1 baked apple sprinkled with ground cinnamon
DINNER
- 1 plate (bottom) of chickpea soup with 1 slice of dark or rye bread
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 slice of melon with fresh mint

- 1 cup (250ml) Apple , Banana , and Kiwi juice
- 1 slice of wholegrain or dark bread with 1 slice of ricotta and 1 teaspoon of honey

- 1 plate (dessert) of green leaves ( Lettuce and Watercress )
- 1 grilled fish fillet with honey and ginger accompanied by steamed vegetables ( Broccoli , Cauliflower and Red Cabbage )

- 1 light wholegrain cereal bar
DINNER
- 1 plate (bottom) of leek and potato soup
- 1 grilled chicken breast served with a salad of greens, cucumber, tomato and red onion, seasoned with olive oil and pure lemon juice
SUPPER
- 1 cup (200ml) chamomile tea
- 2 wholemeal sesame crackers
DIA 4
BREAKFAST
- 1 cup of unsweetened granola with 1 pot (170g) of light Greek yogurt
- 1 cup (250ml) of Strawberry juice with Banana and 1 teaspoon of honey, shaken
MORNING SNACK
- 1 medium slice of pineapple sprinkled with cinnamon
LUNCH
- 1 plate (dessert) of green leaves with 2 tablespoons of Red Cabbage
- 3 tablespoons brown rice with turmeric and grated ginger
- 1 roasted sole fillet with ½ tomato and ½ onion, sliced ½ yellow pepper, 2 cloves, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley and 4 black olives
AFTERNOON SNACK
- 1 cup (200ml) green tea
- 4 wholegrain sesame cookies
DINNER
- Salad of green leaves seasoned with olive oil and pure lemon juice at will
- 1 plate (bottom) of lentil soup with 1 slice of brown or wholemeal bread
- 1 fruit
SUPPER
- 1 cup (250ml) warm almond milk with 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

BREAKFAST
- 1 plate (dessert) of oatmeal porridge
- 1 hot banana sprinkled with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
MORNING SNACK
- Dried fruit (raisins or prunes
- 1 cup (200ml) chamomile tea
LUNCH
- 1 plate (dessert) of green leaf salad with 1 tablespoon of grated carrot , 2 tablespoons of diced mango and ¼ of cucumber with oriental sauce, seasoned with lemon , soy sauce and 1 drizzle of olive oil
- 1 cup (tea) whole-grain penne pasta with sugo sauce and 3 small roasted meatballs

- 1 green apple

- 1 plate (dessert) of green leaves ( Lettuce , Cabbage and Arugula ) with ½ cucumber in cubes, ½ red onion, cherry tomato at will and 1 medium slice of pineapple in cubes

- 1 cup (250ml) almond milk mixed with ½ banana and 1 teaspoon flaxseed meal

BREAKFAST
- 1 cup (200ml) green tea
- 1 slice of wholemeal bread with light margarine
- 1/2 papaya with 1 tablespoon of flaxseed flour
