- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (tea) of oil
- 2 cups (tea) of sugar
- 2 and 1/2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 heaping tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
- Oil and wheat flour for greasing

- 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
- 1 cup of green tea (strained)
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest

Preparation mode
- Beat the yogurt, tea, eggs, oil, sugar and sifted flour in a blender until homogenized.
- Add the yeast and zest and mix with a spoon.
- Pour in a greased and floured hole shape and take it to the medium oven, preheated, for 35 minutes or until when you stick a toothpick in the center, it comes out clean.
