Ingredients

  • Apples ;
  • Cucumber ;
  • 1 handful of sprouted grains 9can be chickpeas, sunflower seeds, almonds, quinoa or wheat);

  • ½  raw carrot ;
  • ½ papaya ;

  • 1 tablespoon (dessert) of rolled oats (or oat flour);
  • 100 ml of water.

Preparation mode

  • Blend all ingredients in blender;

4. Kale juice with pineapple 

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon (dessert) of parsley ;
  • 1 saucer (tea) of raw kale ;
  • 1 medium slice of pineapple ;
  • 350 ml of coconut water;
  • mint leaves ;
  • ½ lemon for juice;

Preparation mode

  • The day before preparing the juice, put the coconut water in an ice cube tray and leave it in the freezer.
  • Blend the coconut water, cabbage and parsley in a blender.

Ingredients

  • ½ chopped eggplant
  • 1 cup (250ml) of water
  • 1 orange, peeled and seeded
  • 1 tablespoon of oatmeal

  • Soak the eggplant in water for 12 hours, strain and discard the pieces.
