– 1 tsp. smoked paprika
Preparation method:
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook onion and celery in 4 cups of broth until tender, 5 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms , bell peppers, bell peppers, zucchini and garlic until tender, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
- Stir in tomato paste, chili powder and turmeric until well incorporated.
- Add the tomato, beans and remaining broth.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 45 minutes.
