  1. Dissolve the gelatin in 300 ml of boiling water;
  2. In the blender, place the gelatin, the condensed milk, the cream and the Danoninhos;

4. Strawberry Mousse with Syrup:

Here, the base that guarantees the creaminess of the sweet is not cream in association with condensed milk, but ricotta mixed with milk or yogurt. In addition, the sliced strawberries  and the gelatin in the fruit flavor complement the flavor and the sweetener gives the sweet taste to the dish. To decorate, a strawberry syrup made with the fruit itself, a little water and sweetener.

  1. Also, put the whole strawberries  with 1 finger of water in a pan on low heat;
  2. Blend the ricotta with the gelatin + yogurt/milk in a blender/processor until smooth;
  3. Also, transfer to a small refractory or individual bowls and leave in the fridge;
  4. When the strawberry is cooked, turn off the heat and add a few drops of sweetener (I used sucralose) – to taste;
  5. Also, when the syrup is cold, spread it over the mousse and decorate with a mint leaf – keep it in the fridge until serving time.

5. Delicious strawberry mousse:

Ideal to be enjoyed on warmer days, this dessert is fresh and light. With few ingredients, it does not require many preparation steps. Just beat the dissolved strawberry gelatin with the whey-free cream and the strawberries  cut into pieces and put it all in the fridge in a very nice shape.

  1. Also, dissolve the two packets of gelatin in two cups of hot water and set aside (do not refrigerate, you will use the “liquid” gelatin). Cut the strawberry into pieces – to make it easier to beat. Separate the cream without the whey. Now, just take it all to the blender! Do you believe?
  2. Beat a lot to get very creamy (and also dissolve all the ingredients).
  3. Also, for the video, I used a pudding mold, with the hole in the middle, but this is very optional. You can use any refractory 🙂
  4. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours for the Strawberry Mousse to harden.
  5. In addition, you can leave more too, remember that the longer it stays there, the colder (and yummy) it gets!
  6. I really like this recipe because it is practical and at the same time very tasty.
  7. Besides, I even want to test with other flavors, like pineapple . I’ll do it and then I’ll tell you if it worked 😉

6. Strawberry Mousse for Diet:

To ensure that this is a low-sugar dessert, the base was made with light cream and diet strawberry gelatin. In addition, as the third and last ingredient necessary for this dish we have water, first hot to dissolve the gelatin and then cold, finishing it.

  • Also, put the powder from the two gelatin boxes in a container and add the boiling water. Mix well with a spoon until the powder is completely dissolved;
  • Then add the ice water and mix again.
  • Take it to the fridge until it is almost completely hardened, then put the firm gelatin in the blender, add the cream and beat well until everything is mixed;
  • Also, put it in a single container or in individual bowls. Take it back to the fridge. When you re-sign you can serve.
