SAUCE:
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 3 tablespoons of tomato paste

- 2 tablespoons of chopped basil
PREPARATION MODE
- Cook whole eggplants in boiling salted water for 5 minutes and drain.
