  • 1 piece of grilled salmon .

  • 1/2 bunch frisée lettuce.
  • 1/2 bunch of arugula .
  • 1/2 bunch of iceberg lettuce.
  • 1/2 bunch of radicchio.
  • 1 cup of buffalo mozzarella.
  • 1 cup of sun-dried tomato.

METHOD OF PREPARATION: Season the salmon with lemon, salt and pepper and grill the steak. Then shred into thick slivers. Reserve. Assemble, on a platter, the leaves, mozzarella, sun-dried tomato and salmon flakes. Serve immediately.

2# – Apple, Pumpkin and Ginger Soup Detox Recipes

Yield: 6 Servings
Preparation Time: 30 minutes


  • 1 crushed garlic clove.
  • 1/2 Onion chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon of oil.
  • 1 green apple, unpeeled, chopped.
  • 2 cups (tea) of pumpkin in cubes.
  • 1 thin slice of Ginger .
  • 4 cups (800ml) of natural vegetable broth.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped chives.

METHOD OF PREPARATION: Saute garlic and onion in olive oil. Add the apple and sauté until golden. Add the pumpkin, ginger, vegetable stock and cook until tender. Hit the blender, return to the pan, heat, adjust the salt if necessary, sprinkle with the chives and serve.

3# – Brown Rice Tabbouleh detox recipes

Yield: 8 servings
Preparation Time: 40 minutes


  • 1 tablespoon of canola oil.
  • 2 large chopped onions.
  • 1 small garlic clove .
  • 2 cups of brown rice (tea)
  • 5 glasses (1 liter) of hot water.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 4 large peeled and seeded tomatoes, chopped.
  • Leaves of a bunch of mint, chopped.
  • 1 Japanese cucumber, diced.
  • Pure juice of 1 medium lemon.

PREPARATION MODE:  In a pan, heat the oil for 2 minutes and fry 1/2 onion with the chopped garlic until golden. Add the rice and sauté for another 3 minutes. Add hot water, season with salt and cook over heat until boiling. Reduce the heat, cover the pan and cook for another 15 minutes or until the water dries up and the rice is cooked.

Then, remove from the heat and leave the rice in the pan for 5 minutes. Transfer to a refractory and, when the rice is very cold, add the remaining onion, tomatoes, mint leaves, cucumber and lemon juice. Mix everything and season with salt. Serve as a starter over bed of iceberg lettuce.

4# – Baked Apple Detox Recipes

Yield: 4 servings
Preparation time: 45 minutes


  • 6 cornstarch cookies.
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
  • 2 tablespoons of melted light margarine.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
  • 4 tablespoons of seedless black raisins.
  • 4 fuji or gala apples without the core.

PREPARATION MODE:  Grind the biscuit in the blender and pour it into a bowl. Add the sugar, margarine, cinnamon and raisins and mix with a spoon. Stuff the apple and place it on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
