  • Mix, stirring the bowl slightly, and mix again.
  • You can continue to do this until all the Garlic  is mixed with the  Honey .
  • The last step is to test and see if it is sweet enough.
  • If not, add more Honey .
  • The dose can be half a teaspoon.
  • Every 3/2 hours.
  • 1 teaspoon is ideal for fighting the flu .
  • Every 2-3 hours.
  • You can add lemon if you prefer
