Delicious White Chocolate Cake Recipe
- 3 tea cups of sugar
- 3 cups of wheat flour
- 6 eggs
- 1 spoon of baking powder
- 1 and 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon butter/margarine

- 2 tablespoons butter/margarine
- 6 spoons of powdered milk
- 1 can of  condensed milk
- 1 can of sour cream
- 1 bar of white chocolate 170g
DOUGH PREPARATION METHOD:
- Separate the yolks and beat the egg whites, gradually add the sugar and the yolks.
- Sift the wheat flour with the yeast and add it little by little, put the warm milk  and beat again and finally add the

- Grease the mold and put the dough in a preheated oven at 180ºC.

METHOD OF PREPARING THE FILLING/COVERING:
- Add the butter/margarine,  powdered milk and condensed milk and hit the blender, then add the cream .
- After the dough is ready, cut the cake in half with a line and separate the parts
- At the bottom add the stuffing and put the other back
- Cover the cake with the rest of the filling/frosting and sprinkle with the grated white chocolate.
