Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar;
- 3 eggs;
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil ;
- 200 ml of coconut milk ;
- 100 g of grated coconut ;
- 2 cups of wheat flour;
- juice of 1 squeezed orange ;
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder;

Method of preparation:
- Beat the eggs, sugar, coconut milk , orange juice and coconut oil in a blender until a homogeneous mixture is formed.

Ingredients:

Method of preparation:
- Whip the egg whites and set aside.
- Beat the yolk with the coconut oil and sugar and add the milk and flour, whisking constantly, little by little.

- 2 cups of cornmeal;
- 2 cups of wheat flour;
- 2 cups of coconut milk ;

Method of preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180° for about 10 minutes.
