INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup (100ml) olive oil
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 1  chopped onion
  • 1 kg beef ribs, cut into pieces
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of chopped parsley
  • 1.5 liter of water
  • 1 chopped chayote
  • carrot  cut into pieces
  • 1  chopped tomato
  • potato  cut into pieces
  • 1 zucchini cut into pieces
  • Sweet Potato cut into pieces

PREPARATION MODE

  • In a pressure cooker, heat the oil, garlic , onion and fry very well for 5 minutes.
  • Add the meat and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the beef stock, salt, pepper, parsley, water  and mix well.
  • Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes after getting pressure.
  • Remove all pressure, open the pot, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Cover the pan and return to the fire for another 10 minutes after getting pressure.
  • Remove the pressure, open the pan carefully and serve immediately.
