Lemongrass Tea Recipe to Improve Digestion
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon balm leaves
- 200ml of water
Preparation mode
- Boil the leaves in water.
- Wait for it to cool and strain.
- Take 1 cup (tea) before lunch and dinner.
2. Chamomile tea with mint
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers
- 2 cups (400ml) of water
