Lemongrass Tea Recipe to Improve Digestion

Ingredients

Preparation mode

  • Boil the leaves in water.
  • Wait for it to cool and strain.
  • Take 1 cup (tea) before lunch and dinner.

2. Chamomile tea with mint

Ingredients

Preparation mode

  • Boil all ingredients for 3 minutes.
  • Strain and drink 1 cup (200ml) after main meals (lunch and dinner)

3. Hibiscus tea

Ingredients

Preparation mode

  • Bring the water to a boil and, as soon as it boils, add the hibiscus flowers.
  • Then turn off and cover.
  • Leave it muffled for 10 minutes, let it cool down and strain.
  • Take 1 cup (200ml) 3 times a day

4. Lemongrass tea with orange 

Ingredients

Preparation mode

  • Pour the boiling water over the lemongrass and smother for 5 minutes.
  • Strain and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Mix orange juice , add ice,
  • Sweeten to taste (if necessary) and drink immediately.

5. Pineapple ginger tea

Ingredients

Preparation mode

  • In a pan, place all the ingredients and boil for 10 minutes.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes, strain and serve.
