Flax seed to make the skin younger!

Mask to use every night before bed:

INGREDIENTS:

  • One third of boiling water;
  • A spoon of flax seeds.

PREPARATION MODE:

Put the water and then the flax seeds in a bowl, mix for a few minutes, cover the preparation with a napkin or cloth and let it rest. Remember that you must prepare the flaxseed face mask in the morning and it will be ready to use in the evening.

Before applying, strain the mixture and use the remaining liquid which will have a thick and viscous consistency, this is because flax seeds lose their soluble fibers and gel when in contact with water and this is where the flaxseed properties will be.

MODE OF USE:

Deeply cleanses the skin of the face and neck. With a cotton pad, spread the masks all over the skin , including the area around the eyes . Repeat the procedure once the flaxseed face mask is dry, do this 5 times in a row. It is advisable, as far as possible, not to talk or laugh while the product is working.

After 20 minutes, remove the mask with plenty of room temperature water. For the best results and to recognize the differences in your face, do the treatment for 12 consecutive days.
