How to Identify Ovulation Bleeding!
Many women experience bleeding during a few days of the fertile period and are scared because they think there is something wrong or even confuse this bleeding with implantation or menstruation . But it’s not a cause for concern, ovulation bleeding is normal, and while it doesn’t happen to all women, it’s a good indicator of ovulation.
What is Ovulation Bleeding: Ovulation  Bleeding (which occurs 14 days before your period) is infrequent, but it can happen more than once. Some women have never had or will have ovulation bleeding, but that doesn’t indicate any problems either. As we have said a few times, each body is unique and has its own way of reacting to certain facts.
This type of bleeding is often confused with implantation bleeding, which occurs when an embryo implants in the inner layer of the uterus, the endometrium.
Implantation bleeding is a sure sign that a pregnancy is starting and usually happens 10 days after ovulation. Although it is a delicate moment, and not all pregnancies progress after implantation (there is a risk of the embryo detaching from the endometrium in the first days of implantation) it is considered a sign of the occurrence of a pregnancy.
Why Ovulation Bleeds Occur:  Small ovulation bleeds are considered a sign of fertility by many doctors. Luteinizing hormone rises rapidly and upon reaching its peak, it leads to a rupture of the ovarian follicle, the egg eventually breaks free and makes its way to the uterus through the fallopian tubes.
A small amount of blood can be noticed because of this tear. We do not have openings in the ovaries for the eggs to be released, therefore, it is necessary that with the help of LH, the ovary wall suffers a rupture, a natural cut, and so the egg follows its path.
It is precisely because of this rupture, that in some cases, it is possible to notice a small bleeding that usually appears similar to coffee grounds, brownish, caramel or even as a thin and watery blood.
They are noticed in underwear or toilet paper, always in small amounts. So, if the amount of blood is small, you have absolutely no reason to worry.
You may never have had it before, and if you do, you may never have it again. This type of bleeding does not follow a pattern and may or may not happen at any time.
When Ovulation Bleeding Occurs:  It occurs during ovulation, usually 14 days before your next period is due. It can be noticed on the day of ovulation, and for up to two days after the egg is released .
Should I Avoid Sexual Intercourse During Ovulation Bleeding:  We only have 5 days in the month to get pregnant, the bleeding day is precisely the day the egg is being released, so that moment cannot be wasted. Ovulation bleeding is always present in small amounts and does not interfere or interfere with sexual practice.
It can last from 2 to 3 days, so if you wait for the bleeding to stop, you will miss important days and lower your chances. The sexual act during ovulation bleeding is liberated, necessary and does not bring any complications for you and your fertility.
We’ve talked a few times about ovulation symptoms. You can use cervix touch , ovulation tests, basal temperature measurement, ultrasound and look at cervical mucus to know if ovulation is near or if it has already happened.
With the help of any of these methods, it is possible to be sure if it is indeed ovulation bleeding. If the cycle is regular and the bleeding happens exactly on the expected day of ovulation, it is also a strong indication of ovulation bleeding.
Any bleeding that occurs outside the expected day of menstruation is an alarm, and ideally, a doctor is consulted, a clinical examination and ultrasound are done, to attest to the cause of the bleeding. If bleeding happens soon after painful intercourse, a doctor should also be consulted.
If confirmed that the bleeding is from ovulation, relax and give thanks for the holy ovulation of every month. After all, in the land of amenorrhea, whoever has ovulation bleeding is queen.
