Here is a recipe for Black Tea with Lemons to strengthen the immune system:
Ingredients
- Juice of 2 Sicilian lemons;
- 3 black tea bags;
- 1 liter of cold water;
- ½ cup of sugar.
Preparation mode
- Heat 200ml of water until it is almost boiling;
- At this point, place the tea bags, turn off the heat and let this infusion rest for about 5 minutes;
- Put the sugar in the tea while it is still hot, stirring it until it is well dissolved;
- Add the lemon juice and the rest of the cold water, also adding some ice cubes.
2. Ginger tea with mint
