Ingredients:
- 3 medium carrots , grated and chopped;
- 3 eggs ;
- 1 cup of oil;
- 2 cups of sugar;
- 2 cups of wheat flour;
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- Butter for greasing;
- Flour for sprinkling;
Preparation mode:
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender, adding the flour little by little;
- Grease and flour a hole shape in the middle;
- Pour the dough into it;
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes;
- Take it out of the oven, wait to cool and unmold;
Carrot cake with chocolate icing:
Ingredients:
- 3 carrots ;
- 4 eggs ;
- 1 cup (tea) of corn oil;
- 1 ½ cup (tea) of sugar;
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour;
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- butter and wheat flour for greasing and sprinkling the form;
Preparation mode:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (medium temperature);
- Grease a 24 cm diameter and 7 cm high round pan with butter;
- Sprinkle with wheat flour, shake and tap on the sink to remove the excess;

Let cool for 15 minutes before unmoulding.

Preparation mode:
- Beat the carrots , oil, sugar and eggs in a blender until crushed and mixed well;
- Pour the mixture into a container and add the flour using a spatula or fouet, without beating too much;
