  • 4 medium salmon fillets
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation Mode:

  • Season the fish with salt and pepper.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over high heat.
  • Cook 2 pieces at a time for 2 minutes on each side for rare and 3 minutes for medium.
