Cauliflower Quiche Recipe in 20 Minutes!

Pasta:
– 1 cup (tea) of raw cauliflower;
– 1 egg ;
– 50 g of cashew nuts ;
– 50 g of Brazil nuts ;
– Olive oil (for greasing);
– Salt to taste.
Filling:
– 1 small grated zucchini;
– 1 small grated carrot ;
– 1 Egg ;
– 200 g of ricotta cream ;
– 50 ml of lactose-free skimmed milk;
– 20g Onion cut into small cubes;
– 50 g of grated buffalo mozzarella.
Preparation mode:
To make the dough :
- Grate the raw cauliflower on a fine grater.
- Separately, beat the chestnuts in the blender until they form a crumb.
- Mix with the chestnut farofa, egg and salt until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Grease a roasting pan with a removable base with olive oil and place the dough on it, covering the bottom and sides.
- Bake the dough at medium temperature (170°C) for about 20 minutes to seal the surface.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.

To prepare the filling :
- Saute the onion in a drizzle of oil.
- In the same pan, sauté the Zucchini and Carrots .
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the egg with the ricotta cream and the milk with the help of a manual wire whisk, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg .
- Pour the preparation over the dough;
- cover with the buffalo mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at low temperature (160°C) for about 30 minutes, or until firm and golden.
