Ingredients:

  • 10 g of instant yeast;
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar ;
  • 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • 2 cups (tea) of whole wheat flour;
  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of warm water;
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame ;
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds ;
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil ;
  • 1 egg.

Preparation mode:

  • In a bowl, mix the yeast, brown sugar and salt;
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass;
  • Grease a loaf pan, pour the dough and let it rise for 20 minutes;
  • Then return to the preheated oven at medium temperature (180°C) for about 40 minutes, or until golden.
