- boil water
- Put 1 sachet or 1 dessert spoon of black tea
for every 100 ml of water - Let it sit in the water until the water cools down or overnight.
- When the tonic is ready, just put it in a spray bottle or leave it in a pot even if the amount is larger. Apply the black tea toner directly to the scalp, massage well and put on a plastic cap. Let the tonic act for 30 min to 1 hr. (ps. sometimes I leave it overnight)
- Repeat the process once a week or more times for faster results. I don’t recommend doing it every day, because too much caffeine can dry out your hair and cause breakage.
