16 recipes to get rid of acne blemishes!

Recipes to eliminate acne blemishes are healthy options that rely on natural ingredients, easy to find and free from side effects. Also, as much as we use some  recipe to eliminate acne blemishes, creams and ointments that we put on, acne and blemishes are not easy to eliminate. They arise due to stress, hormonal changes, among other factors, and affect our self- esteem . Anyone with oily skin knows that getting around acne and the blemishes it leaves on the face is not easy and often requires numerous attempts.

1. Mel:

INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION MODE

  • Apply it to the scar overnight and rinse off the next morning.
  • Then mix the honey  and oatmeal .
  • Apply on the stains and leave for 15 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water .

2. Vinegar:

INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION MODE

  • Mix the Water and Vinegar , dip the cotton in it and apply it to the acne blemishes.
  • Leave in place for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse.
  • Do this once a day and little by little the result will appear.

3. Cucumber:

INGREDIENTS:

  • Make a pulp of the Tomato , then grate the Cucumber , then mix the creamy part of the Avocado  with the rest of the items.
  • Apply to face and let it act for 15 minutes, then rinse.

4. Beans:

INGREDIENTS:

  • Soak the beans  in vinegar , until the skin comes off.
  • Then remove from the sauce and let it dry. Dry, grind the grains and add almond milk , until it acquires a pasty consistency.
  • Apply the paste on the pimples, letting it act for 20 minutes.
  • Then withdraw.

5. Salsa:

INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION MODE

  • Put the chopped parsley in the boiling water , cover and leave to react for 10 minutes, strain, and let it cool.
  • Moisten cotton or gauze and apply compress over pimple areas for 20 minutes.

6. Potato:

  • Take a potato , cut into slices.
  • Take a slice and rub in circular motions on the desired area, continue the procedure until you feel the potato slice is dry.
  • Repeat the process with the rest of the slices.
  • Do this procedure for 20 minutes, and let it dry on your face, then rinse.
  • Apply moisturizer.

7. Mel:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tablespoons of well-soaked cooked rice (no seasonings);
  • 2 tablespoons of honey ;
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon .

PREPARATION MODE

  • Grind everything in the blender and apply on the face and let it act for 15 minutes, rinse with cold water .

8. Aloe Vera:

  • Place the aloe vera pulp in a wooden or plastic container and add the juice of one lemon .
  • Mix very well and apply on your face, always upwards, and with gentle circular movements.
  • Let it act for 20 minutes and remove with warm water .
  • You can also apply aloe vera oil to your skin.

9. Olive oil:

INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION MODE

  • Apply the oil to the skin and wait for the skin to absorb it.
  • Then take the cloth / towel put it in the water and place it on the face.
  • Then rub the cloth gently to remove excess oil.
  • Wash your face and repeat this throughout the week.

10. Oats:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup (tea) of thermal water ;
  • Juice of 1 lemon ;
  • 3 tablespoons of rolled oats ;

PREPARATION MODE

  • Combine all the ingredients in a container and mix well.
  • Apply the paste on your face and let it act for a few minutes.
  • Then rinse the skin very well and avoid sun exposure.

11. Bicarbonate:

  • Make a paste with two teaspoons of bicarbonate and water , massage the face.
  • Do this for 2 minutes, let the paste sit on your face for a few minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water .
  • Apply moisturizer or oil.
  • Repeat the process two or three times a week.

12. Tea tree oil:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 to 4 drops of tea tree oil;
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons of water ;
  • Cotton.

PREPARATION MODE

  • Dilute the drops of tea in water and soak the cotton.
  • Put it where you want it.
  • Repeat the process 2 to 3 times a day.

13. Brown sugar:

INGREDIENTS:

  • Grind well until it becomes a cream, strain the cucumber liquid until it is slightly dry, then mix the sugar well.
  • Apply to face and other areas where you have pimples.
  • Let it dry and then rinse with your favorite neutral soap.
