INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can of passion fruit pulp or 6 medium passion fruit .
- 1 can of condensed milk .
- 1 can of sour cream .
- 2 sheets of unflavored gelatin .
- 1 spoon of honey .
PREPARATION MODE:
- Start by beating the condensed milk and the cream in the blender and then add the passion fruit pulp and the unflavored gelatin already diluted in 2 tablespoons of warm water.
- Beat for a few more minutes and still with the blender on, remove the top cap and add the honey .
- Pour the mixture into a glass refractory, put the plastic film on top and take it to the fridge for at least 4 hours, so it can thicken and get cold.
