5 Oatmeal Cake Recipe!

1. Cake with oatmeal and carrot:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 carrots, peeled and cut into rounds.
  • ½ cup (tea) of oil.

  • 2 cups (tea) of sugar.
  • 2 ½ cups of oatmeal (tea) .
  • 1 tablespoon of Chemical Baking Powder.
  • ½ cup of chopped walnuts.

PREPARATION MODE:

  • Blend the carrots, oil and eggs in a blender .
  • Remove from blender and place in a bowl.
  • Add the sugar, oat flour , yeast and chopped walnuts. Stir gently.
  • Grease and flour a medium rectangular baking sheet.
  • Place the dough on the baking sheet and bake in the oven, preheated to 200°C, for 45 minutes or until golden.

2. Apple Cake with Oatmeal:

INGREDIENTS:

  • eggs (I think it’s enough).
  • 2 cups of sugar.
  • 1 cup of oil.
  • 2 cups of oatmeal .
  • 3 small apples, peeled and cut into cubes.
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast.

PREPARATION MODE:

  • Blend the apples, eggs , sugar and oil in a blender.
  • Mix by hand what you hit with the oatmeal  and baking powder.
  • Then add the diced apples to this mixture.

INGREDIENTS:

4. Oatmeal cake:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of warm skimmed milk ;

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder.

PREPARATION MODE:

  • With the mixer still on, slowly pour in the milk and flour in alternating times.
  • Finally, add the yeast to the mixture;
  • Put the dough in a greased and floured shape and take it to the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat after testing with a fork or toothpick.

5. Cake with plum flavored oatmeal:

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup xylitol sweetener;
  • eggs ;
  • 100 g of ghee butter (the value is equivalent to 10 tablespoons);
  • 2 cups of oatmeal ;
  • 1 cup of 160 g of low-fat natural yogurt;
  • 1 cup of chopped prunes;
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder.

PREPARATION MODE:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Beat the sweetener, the egg yolks and the margarine, until you get a cream, with the help of a mixer.
  • Then add the flour, plums and yogurt and continue beating;
  • Then, turn off the mixer and mix the egg whites in snow and the yeast to the content, using your hands;
  • Pour the dough into a previously greased and floured cake pan.
  • Bake in the oven for 50 minutes. Be sure to test with a fork or toothpick to see if it’s time to turn off the oven.
