Ingredients:

– 4 bay leaves ;
– 1 teaspoon of chamomile ;
– 1 tablespoon of fennel;
– 300 ml of water .

Preparation mode:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a pan and let it boil for approximately 5 minutes.
  2. Strain and drink the equivalent of a cup of coffee every 2 hours for as long as your stomach ache persists.

2. Lemon balm and chamomile tea: 

A good tea to get rid of a tummy ache is lemon balm with chamomile because it has analgesic, antispasmodic and calming properties .

Ingredients:

– 1 teaspoon of dried chamomile leaves ;
– A teaspoon of dried lemon balm leaves ;
– 1 teaspoon of anise seeds;
– 1 cup of boiling water .

Preparation mode:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and let it rest for about 10 minutes, properly covered.
  2. Strain and drink 2 to 3 times a day.
