8 tips to prevent acne in everyday life!
Acnes are a very common problem, especially with teenagers, so it is important to know how to prevent acne . Acne consciously lowers your confidence level. For some, acne is a rare occurrence. Combination skin may need two products (cream or lotion for dry skin; a gel for the oily part). Always moisturize your skin with water before using them.
Moisturizers are designed to hold their own natural oils that your skin needs. Whether you have oily or dry skin, you should always moisturize twice a day. Use only, non-comedogenic moisturizers, which do not aggravate acne by clogging your skin pores. Using a daytime moisturizer with at least SPF15 rated sunscreen is ideal as it not only keeps your skin hydrated but also protects your skin from the harmful effects of the sun.
3. Use makeup sparingly:
During a break, try to avoid using foundation, powder, or blush. If you wear makeup, wash it off at the end of the day. If possible, select oil-free cosmetics with no added dyes and chemicals. Water-based cosmetics are available. Read the ingredient list on the product label before purchasing.

Avoid using fragrances, oils and chemicals on your hair. These ingredients can drip onto the face, and block the skin pores and cause skin irritation. Stick to a mild shampoo and conditioner. Oily hair can run off the oil and onto your face, so wash your hair often, especially during a breakout. If your hair is long, keeping it clean will take care of your face.
5. Sun protection:
Protect your skin from the sun’s harmful rays. Apply sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher at least twice a day. Apply sunscreen more often if you are out in the sun all day. Use a non-comedogenic sunscreen that won’t clog your pores. Wear a wide-brimmed hat to protect your face.
If you wear eyeglasses or sunglasses, make sure you clean them often so you don’t keep the oil from clogging the pores around your eyes and nose.
While sun exposure can help prevent and even clear acne, there are also some unwanted side effects. If you are taking any medication, you may be more prone to getting sunburned.
6. Healthy eating:
This is one of the best ways to prevent acne . Eating a healthy diet that includes a variety of fruits and vegetables, including green and red vegetables and vegetables is great for healthy skin.
