Tips to get rid of itchy scalp

The tips to eliminate itchy scalp  in a simple way, spending little and that really work. Also, does your scalp sting? This is very irritating and embarrassing. Itchy hair is caused by dandruff, dry scalp, sebaceous cysts, anxiety, fungus, viral infections, and a poor diet. Itching caused by lice and nits is different and the remedies listed here will not work for this case. Use these ingredients to get rid of itchy scalp and comment which one worked best for you.

1. Tip:

Tea tree oil is a real wonder for reducing inflammation, killing bacteria and can be used to get rid of itchy scalp . Add 10 to 20 drops of tea tree oil to half a cup of shampoo and wash your hair with this mixture until the itch is gone.

Another way to use this oil is by diluting two or three drops in a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Then, massage your scalp with this solution. If you do this daily, you will notice relief within a week or two.

If you have dandruff, this is the remedy you need to eliminate it: apply fresh lemon juice to your scalp, leave it on for five minutes and wash your hair normally. For two or three times a week, mix lemon juice with yogurt and apply this solution to the scalp for a few minutes before washing your hair with a mild shampoo.

3. Tip:

Make a paste with baking soda and water, but not too thick. Apply a little olive oil to the scalp, give it a gentle massage and then apply the bicarbonate paste, allowing it to penetrate the hair for 15 or 10 minutes. Rinse well with cold water.

Apple cider vinegar relieves itchiness and dryness of the scalp as it balances the pH level. Mix equal amounts of apple cider vinegar with water and pour it into a spray bottle. Apply this mixture on your clean, dry hair . You can apply this solution directly to the scalp so that it penetrates deeply. After a few minutes, rinse and wash your hair as normal.

5.  Tip:

Aloe vera has hydrating properties and is very helpful in eliminating dryness from the scalp. You can use fresh aloe vera gel or one that comes in bottles. Simply apply aloe vera gel to your scalp and leave it on for 15 minutes. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo.

6.  Tip:

Rub some coconut oil on your clean, dry scalp. Leave it on for half an hour and then wash your hair with an unscented shampoo. You will notice that the itching will be reduced. Do it 3 times a week.

Another way to use coconut oil to eliminate itchy scalp is by heating the oil and adding it to your shampoo before washing your hair .

7.  Tip:

Mash two bananas to make a puree and add the puree of a  ripe avocado . Apply this mixture to the scalp and hair , let it rest for half an hour and rinse well. This remedy not only eliminates itchiness, it also moisturizes your hair , reduces dandruff and inflammation.

Sesame oil heals and lubricates your scalp. Warm up some sesame oil and massage your scalp with it. Massage should be done with the fingers gently and for 10 minutes. Wrap your head in a warm towel and let the oil sit for 10 minutes.

If you can, leave it on overnight so your hair is optimally hydrated. In the morning, wash your hair and rinse normally.

9.  Tip:

Witch hazel water is a mixture of water with a little witch hazel. Then, massage this mixture into the scalp and let it sit for about 15 minutes. At the end, wash and rinse your hair normally.

10. Tip:

As the molecular structure of jojoba oil is almost the same as that of natural human oil, it is a very effective treatment for hydration and rejuvenation. Massage your scalp with a small amount of jojoba oil .

Do this at night before bed so that the oil stays on your scalp all night long. In the morning, wash with a mild shampoo. Do this once a week. Keep in mind that all natural remedies take time for results to be noticed.
