  • Take a large bowl of warm water (Big enough to let all the vegetable broccoli sprouts soak properly)
  • Add a teaspoon of organic Turmeric .
  • Wash green vegetables gently under running water without rubbing them.
  • Soak vegetables in Turmeric water for 5-10 minutes (e.g. Spinach 5 minutes, Broccoli 10 minutes)
  • Remove the vegetables and dry with a clean cloth.

Tips to eliminate pesticides from fruits with skins:

When you wash unpeeled fruits such as Pineapple , Orange , Melon , Carrot , be sure to wash and dry your hands after washing these fruits and before cutting/peeling them.

Tips for removing pesticides from grapes:

This sea salt method is an effective and safe method of cleaning grapes  . Grapes are a little tricky as most people are not comfortable seeing the white coat of  Grapes  . But it is the wax naturally created by this fruit to keep moisture locked in. Also, although it looks like a chemical. But surely the chemicals sprayed on the fruit could be being coated onto the wax.
