INGREDIENTS:

  • 800g Sweet Potato , sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups (600ml) skimmed milk
  • 1 can of light cream

  • 2 tablespoons of light margarine

PREPARATION MODE

  • Cook the Potatoes  in boiling salted water for 4 minutes and drain.
