15 remedies to treat sinusitis

  • With a dropper, drop a few drops of this solution into your nose , breathe in and, when it reaches your throat, spit out the solution.
  • Do not swallow this water  , it will be dirty and full of secretion.
  • Repeat this procedure until the water  in the glass runs out, 3 times a day while the Sinusitis crisis lasts .

7. Radish:

Horseradish is another popular remedy for  Sinusitis , which helps to clear mucus from the nasal passages. It also contains high levels of sulfur and works as a natural antibiotic. Put a pinch of freshly grated horseradish in  your mouth . Keep in your mouth until its flavor is gone, then swallow. Repeat a few times a day for about a week or until the infection clears.

Onion  works  as an excellent decongestant. In addition, it contains sulfur compounds that fight bacteria and  fungi . Chop an  onion  into small pieces and place the pieces in a pan of  water .

11. Cayenne Pepper:

Cayenne pepper is an effective home remedy to open and drain a stuffy nose. In addition, it boosts immunity , reduces swelling and inflammation, and improves circulation. Mix a teaspoon of cayenne  pepper in a cup of  hot water . Drink two or three times a day.

Alternatively, you can eat a mixture of a spoonful of cayenne pepper and honey  a few times a day. Use any of these remedies for a few days or until you see improvement.

12. Rosemary, onion and turmeric:

This is our favorite recipe. Rosemary ,  onion and turmeric (or turmeric ) are powerful natural antibiotics. And the combination of them in this recipe makes this treatment very powerful. The ingredients are 1 liter of water , 1 tablespoon of rosemary , 1 tablespoon of turmeric, 1 onion and 1 pinch of salt . If you are hypertensive, you can rule out salt . You will slice the onion and put it to boil with the water , rosemary , turmeric and salt . After boiling for five minutes, turn off the heat.

Put the liquid in a glass or enameled iron bowl. Cover your  head with a towel and bring your face close to the basin, being careful not to burn yourself, so that you inhale the preparation vapors exclusively through your nose  (close your eyes and mouth). Repeat inhalation up to three times a day.

13. Spinach:

  • 20 g of spinach
  • 15 g of mint
  • 1 cup  of coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon  of eucalyptus honey
