- Then add 6 cups of hot water and cook over low heat;

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons of butter;
- Breadcrumbs;
- ½ chopped onion ;
- grated parmesan cheese ;
- 1 cup (tea) of milk;
- Parsley to taste;
- 1 and ½ tablespoon (soup) of wheat flour;
- ½ can of cream;
- 2 cups of cooked rice ;
- ½ cup of cottage cheese (100 grams).
How to make:
- Place the butter in a pan and heat until it melts completely.
- Add the chopped onion and wait for the seasoning to fry a little, until golden;
- Then, pour in the wheat flour and stir;
- Then, add milk little by little, always mixing well so that the mixture does not stick to the pan;
- The idea is that the mixture becomes a very homogeneous cream;
- If it’s already at this point, with the fire still on and low, start putting the cream, curd, parmesan, parsley and salt to taste;
- Mix well until everything is homogeneous;
- Lastly, add the Rice ;
- Stir well until it mixes with the cream and turn off the heat;
- Arrange all the mixture on a platter that can go in the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top with a little bit of breadcrumbs;
- Put everything in a preheated oven at 180°C and wait until the mixture starts to bubble.
