  • Strain and drink.

Ginger Tea with Cinnamon:

  • Cinnamon acts as an antiseptic which helps to kill the virus causing cold in the body.
  • It also relieves sore throat and promotes sweating to clear the cold and its symptoms.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder to ginger , lemon and honey tea.
  • Mix well and drink.
