  • 1 tablespoon of pure honey;
  • 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger or 1/2 teaspoon of powdered ginger ;
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder;
  • 500 ml of filtered water.

PREPARATION MODE:

  • Chop sauce or maximum you can.
  • Then, squeeze the lemon juice and, in a pitcher, mix all the ingredients (Not for blending!)
  • Replace your dinner with this drink, but do it at least an hour before bedtime.
  • Do not eat anything after drinking the laxative.
  • As a precaution, due to the use of cinnamon and ginger, hypertensive patients should not consume this recipe.

Here are some observations about the treatment:
