  • Mood swings, with periods of anxiety, irritability and depression, in addition to a decrease in self-esteem;
  • Weight gain and slowing of metabolism;
  • Dry skin and thinner hair;
  • Decreased skin elasticity;
  • Headaches;
  • Increased porosity of bones;

  • Boil the water and then add the well washed and chopped mulberry leaves;
