  • 1 Glass of warm water .

  • With the head raised, apply this amount of the mixture inside the nostril, letting it go down to the nose and throat;
  • When it reaches your mouth, spit it out;

2. Apple Cider Vinegar and Cayenne Pepper:


Preparation mode:

  • Boil water and mix with Apple Cider Vinegar in a tall glass.
  • Then add the honey , cayenne pepper and lemon juice , mixing all the ingredients well.

3. Treating sinusitis with apple cider vinegar inhalation:
