5. Banana and oatmeal:

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of oats ;
  • bananas without skin;

Preparation mode:

Preparation mode:

  • Use a spoon to peel the ginger .
  • Then grate it with a zester or a grater.
  • Infuse the grated ginger and add other ingredients if you like.
  • Then boil water in a pan. Add the ginger to the pan and turn off the heat.
  • Leave for 10 minutes with the lid on.
  • Strain for tea.

  • Consume this tonic every day to prevent muscle cramps.
