Onion and Garlic Soup for Flu: 


  • Onion .
  • 1 head of Garlic .
  • 1 potato.
  • 3 sprigs of parsley.
  • 2 bay leaves.
  • 1/2 c. oregano.
  • 1 piece of ginger.
  • 2 Tablespoons of olive oil (coconut oil is also very good for the flu, if you don’t like the taste too much, use olive oil).


  • Cut the onion  into thin strips and the garlic  into small pieces.
  • Grate the potato and ginger and place in a pot with 3 cups of water.
  • Then cook until everything is soft.
  • Turn off and add the parsley and oil.
  • Optionally, add lemon juice and sea salt.
