16 home remedies to get rid of lice!

Home remedies to get rid of lice quickly and without leaving the house as these parasites cause itching and even inflammation of the scalp . They can also lodge in the eyelashes, eyebrows, and especially the scalp .

Although not alarming, lice can cause unsightly aesthetic problems due to the appearance of eggs and nits which are the early stages of an adult louse. It is also worth mentioning that lice cannot be passed through animals, and that animals do not get lice either .

An adult louse can be close to the size of a sesame seed, has six legs, and is grayish-brown to grayish-white. An adult louse, which must feed on blood to live, can survive up to 30 days on a person’s head, but will die within a day or two if dropped from a person.
