There is a love-hate relationship when it comes to stepping on the scales. Because of this 50/50 relationship, it becomes easy to ignore stepping when we get out of the shower in the morning. However, a year-long study published in the International Journal of Obesity states that the longer women  waited between weigh-ins, the more weight they put on. Study researchers believe that women who never skipped a weigh-in were more likely to avoid  habits that make you fat.

3. Skip breakfast:

It’s true what they say Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you skip breakfast  , it can become a gateway to unhealthy eating throughout the day.

A balanced breakfast  will set the tone for the rest of the day, and it also helps you focus on hunger and avoid the habits that make you fat . The perfect breakfast  will have fiber and protein , which will help stave off caffeine cravings and “mid-morning snacks.”

4. You don’t make your bed:
