During the day we have our meals, it is essential when you want to lose or gain weight, and dinner plays a delicate role in this process, because the closer you get to the time to rest your body, the calorie expenditure drops. However, the point is not to stop having dinner. but when you go to sleep , suddenly, you start to feel hungry, and you have some questions: What should I do? What should I eat before bed? good. so you can choose some foods and avoid others.

3. Celery: If you’re on a strict fat-loss diet, vegetables are probably the focus of your current diet. however, one particular vegetable that you will definitely want to avoid before turning out the lights for the night is celery. Celery acts as a diuretic in the body, which means you will pee a lot.

4. Chocolate: Chocolate is n’t just higher in sugar and fat than other late-night snacks. It also contains caffeine. If you’re sensitive to this stimulant, chocolate could rob you of the precious sleep you need to allow your body to recover the most from your long day.

5. Ice cream: Ice cream is high in fat and sugar, it’s absolutely an absurd way to gain weight! When you inject sugar and fat into your body (by eating ice cream) before bed , your body will not be able to burn that large amount of calories and you will store it for future use. So if you don’t want to gain weight, avoid ice cream before bed!

6. Red Meat: Red meat is not a good food before going to sleep because it is high in protein and fat that will keep your body working hard all night long. To get deeper sleep, you want all your systems to be at peace, right?! and red meat takes longer to digest than any other food.

7. Alcohol: Alcohol can make you fall asleep quickly; however, they also make you wake up frequently, restless sleep, headaches, nightmares… In addition, they also often cause dehydration and acid reflux.

8. Fruit Salad: You might be surprised but fruits contain a lot of water which makes them diuretic. This means that you will have to go to the bathroom several times a night. So, you should avoid eating a lot of fruits or salads at night. For some people, fruits can cause acid reflux .

9. Spicy Foods: Spicy foods contain compounds that are likely to cause heartburn and acid reflux. In addition, eating very spicy foods can also lead to indigestion.

10. Fried foods: Fried foods are not only high in fat, but also difficult to digest. You can lose sleep due to its effects on the stomach, intestinal tract and nervous system.
