INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 spoon of coarse salt
  • 2 eucalyptus leaves
  • 1 liter of water

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Boil a pan with water and add young eucalyptus leaves and coarse salt.
  • Then transfer this infusion to a plastic bowl, thus avoiding possible burns.
  • Place your face close to the steam produced by the hot water, cover your head with a towel to cover the entire basin and take a deep breath while the steam is still hot.
