- 2 cups of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt

- 1/2 cup of milk
- 6 spoons of sugar
- 2 spoons chocolate powder
- 1 spoon butter
Method of preparation:
Pasta:
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough except the wheat flour in a blender.
- After everything is beaten, add the flour little by little and beat a little more until bubbles form.
- Grease the mold and put it in the oven
- After roasting and still hot, pour the topping

Ingredients:
Carrot Dough:
- 4 eggs
- 4 medium carrots

- 2 cups of flour (wheat)
- 2 tablespoons of chemical baking powder
Chocolate Mass:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of milk ( warm )
- 1 cup powdered chocolate
- 2 cups (tea) of sugar
- 4 tablespoons melted unsalted margarine
- 2 cups of flour (wheat)
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
Roof:
- 1 cup (tea) milk
- 1 ½ cups of sugar
- 3 full tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 1 ½ cups of chocolate powder
Method of preparation:
- For the topping, place all the ingredients in a pan, bring to a boil and mix until smooth and set aside.
- For the carrot mass, place all the ingredients in the blender and blend for 2 minutes.
- Reserve.
- For the chocolate mass, also place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 medium carrots , sliced
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of oil
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of yeast (shallow)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 c. cocoa powder
- 1 c. of butter without salt
- 1 box of sour cream
- 1 cup chopped 1/2 dark chocolate

Method of preparation:
- Blend in blender:
- Eggs, carrots , oil and sugar.
- Then add the flour, cornstarch and baking powder and beat quickly. Just to mix.
- Place in a greased shape with a hole in the middle (from 20 to 25 cm in diameter).
- Leave in a preheated oven at 180º for approximately 45 minutes. (Do the toothpick test).
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Unmold.
Tip: All dry cake ingredients must be sifted, such as flour, yeast, sugar. This removes the impurities and the cake becomes lighter.

- In a pan, place the condensed milk, cocoa, and butter.
- Stir well and turn on low heat.
- Turn it off as soon as it comes off the bottom.
- Add the cream and the chopped chocolate.
- Stir well and refrigerate while the cake is in the oven.

- Cut off the top of the cake and set aside.
- Remove some of the cake core and set aside.
- Put the brigadier (but not all).
