– 1 small banana

– 1 cup  almond milk
– 1 tsp freeze-dried or 1/3 cup chopped fresh kakadu plum

– ¼ cup gluten-free oatmeal
– 1 scoop of your favorite Protein  or Vanilla Bone Broth

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, place a layer of chopped or sliced ​​banana, chia seeds , kakadu plum , oatmeal and protein .
